THE PROCESS

  • TELL US YOUR IDEA (NO MATTER HOW WILD IT IS!)
    • Our first step to creating any artwork or decal is to have a consultation either by phone or in person to determine what are your needs versus what we can do. For bike decals an in person is required as this helps us ensure that the decals fit as accurately as possible.
  • ESTIMATES (I KNOW THIS IS THE UNEASY PART INVOLVING $)
    • Once we have an idea of what you want, we then put together an detailed estimate sometimes with rendering where possible to ensure that we have adequately captured all your wants and requests. This estimate is then sent to you for confirmation. Don’t like what you see? There is still time to make changes! If its perfect, we will convert the estimate to an official invoice and then the real work begins…
  • DESIGN OH YEAH
    • This is where it gets exciting for US!! The design stage time can vary from days to weeks. This really depends on how big the project is as well as the complexity. A simple bike logo decal project or 3D part project may be completed in a day or may take a few days. Customization of the full bike or large parts of the bike may take weeks. Larger pieces of sculpture and art may take longer and this really depends on each individual project. We will be sure to do our best to let you know during the initial consult on the possible length of time a project might take. For large projects, we aim to ensure you are reassured every step of the way so be prepared to get progress pictures as the work unfolds. This is just to keep you in the loop so you know what is happening every step of the way.
  • COMPLETION (SIT BACK & ADMIRE THE BEAUTY)
    • Once the project is completed, we will contact you and let you know that the art can be picked up.
    • Payment is expected at this point after you have physically seen your project and are satisfied.
    • We accept CASH, CHEQUE, PayPal (inspiraddesignsllc@gmail.com) or VENMO(@inspiraddesigns) payment options
  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER? (NO WE DON’T FORGET ABOUT YOU!)
    • All InspiRAD Designs decals are warrantied for 90 days.
    • THIS WARRANTY HOWEVER DOES NOT COVER: Normal wear and tear. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
    • InspiRAD Designs LLC shall also in no event be liable for consequential losses, damages or expenses to equipment or people in connection with its products. ( Sorry….Had to get some of that serious clauses in there)
